Her name is Catherine Sawatsky, a Residential Realtor in Fresno, California. I met Catherine 2 years ago during an open house. I already had a realtor at the time, so I wasn't interested in discussing homes with her. (Besides, I was convinced because of my previous experiences that every realtor was just a business person out to make their commission with the least amount of work.) However, as our search for a new home took a turn for the worst, I remembered I had spoken with Catherine with C-21 Watson. She had left a good impression on me. She was friendly. She seemed knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I called her for some advice on our problem at hand. To my surprise she helped me out of the mess I was in. After I began to work with Catherine to find our dream home, I realized she was far more than "just a business woman." Catherine took a personal interest in finding a home for us. She is what I labed "the Duracell Battery." She was available at all times to discuss anything that concerned me. She never grew tired or weary. She never made me feel as if, okay we have an accepted offer now so I'm done looking for a home with you. Over the course of a year, we had several offers written but for some reason or other, they fell out of escrow. With Catherine, it was always about what we needed and what we wanted. It was never about the deal. I have never met any one quite like her. She is extremely knowledgeable since she has spent many hours taking real estate courses that goes beyond professional requirements. She is very friendly, outgoing, professional... and most importantly she truly cares about her clients. I'm happy to say and extremely grateful to Century 21 Watson that today we live in our dream home.
